Returns & Exchanges

At Twillory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fit; if your order isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct refund to your original payment method, a size exchange, or a store credit bonus.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
